Required Forms

In order to implement the Pennsylvania Trout In the Classroom (PA TIC) program in your classroom, PA TIC teachers are required to complete two forms ANNUALLY:

1. Program Registration Form (Online)

Registration acts as your trout egg and food order form.
  • Registration is required for ALL participating teachers- those with existing programs as well as new ones.
  • Every TIC classroom must be registered to be deemed an official PA TIC participant.
  • Teachers and their partnering organizations must collaboratively complete each classroom’s registration.
  • Registering gives you access to the TIC staff.
  • Registration typically opens mid-March and closes June 30.
If you are interested in participating and to receive the link to the registration form for the upcoming school year, please contact the PFBC TIC Coordinator.

2. End-of-Year Report

The End-of-Year Report is a summary of the activities you completed with your students and partnering organization as well as technical information about your aquarium. End-of-Year Report Forms will be emailed to all participating teachers each spring. If you have not received this email by the end of the school year or have any questions, please contact the PFBC TIC Coordinator.
