Troubleshooting Guide

TIC Troubleshooting - Taking the appropriate steps

Step 1: Look through your Aquarium Resource Guide. If you do not have an Aquarium Resource Guide, you can download it in pdf form directly from this website.

Step 2:
Is the issue with a TradeWind Chiller? If so, have you followed the proper TradeWind Chiller instructions? If you have properly set up your chiller and it is still not working, you should contact the TradeWind Chiller company directly.

Step 3:
If you are experiencing further problems you should discuss your situation with your program partner. They may have some remedies that have worked for other schools they are working with.

Step 4:
If you were unable to find the answer you were looking for in the guide or from your partnering organization, log onto the Goggle Group and post your question. There are many experienced teachers across Pennsylvania who may be able to help you.
*We encourage teachers to network with one another*

Step 5:
If you have tried each of the aforementioned scenarios and still have not remedied your problem, please complete the troubleshooting form. Once you have completed the form it will be sent to the appropriate Trout in the Classroom staff member.
